Spinach & Gorgonzola Salad [Festival]

Ingredients

  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 1 cup julienned red onion
  • 1 cup candied pecans
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Black River Gorgonzola

Directions

  1. Place spinach, onion, pecans and cheese in large mixing bowl. Drizzle in dressing and toss well. Serve immediately!
