Sloppy Joe Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Sloppy Joe sauce, 15.5 oz
  • 12 taco shells, warmed
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup chopped plum tomatoes
  • Sour cream

Directions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally and breaking the pieces up as they cook, for 7 minutes or until beef is fully cooked through and no longer pink; drain.
  2. Stir in sloppy Joe sauce; simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Divide lettuce evenly among taco shells. Place about 1/4 cup meat mixture in each shell.
  4. Top meat with cheese, tomatoes and sour cream. Serve and enjoy.
