Chef Wally's Grilled Peaches [Bristol Farms]

Ingredients

  • 4 Peaches
  • Cinnamon
  • Olive Oil
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chopped Pistachios

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill on medium. Cut the peaches in half and remove the seed.
  2. Brush with olive oil and season with a pinch of cinnamon (optional).
  3. Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until there are nice grill marks, and peaches feel warmed and slightly softened.
  4. Add whipped cream, chopped pistachios, mascarpone cheese, or any candy nut as pecans, walnuts, etc.
