Kiwi Pineapple Sparkling Lemon Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons pineapple juice
  • 1 can sparkling lemon water, 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Directions

  1. Peel and slice the kiwifruit. Place the slices into a blender.
  2. Pour the honey and pineapple juice into the blender. Pulse until kiwifruit is liquified and all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Pour half of the kiwi-pineapple puree into two tall glasses. Add half of the can of sparkling lemon water to each glass. Gently stir together.
  4. Add a few ice cubes to each glass and enjoy!
