Chopped Salad with Bell Peppers & Grape Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 2 bell peppers (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • Salad dressing (your preference)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • Salt (to taste, optional)
  • Ground pepper (to taste, optional)

Directions

  1. Combine romaine lettuce, bell peppers, grape tomatoes, salad dressing and Feta cheese in a salad bowl. Toss all ingredients together, then spoon into serving bowls. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy!
