Pears Wrapped with Prosciutto

SERVES 8

Ingredients

  • 8 thin slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 pears, each cored and cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Directions

  1. Wrap one prosciutto slice around one pear wedge, setting each on a serving platter as you go.
  2. Once you have assembled every wedge drizzle with vinegar and olive oil and then sprinkle with salt.
