Kiwi Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced
  • 1 cup finely diced mango
  • 1 cup finely diced kiwifruit
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup finely diced red onions
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt, more to taste
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Add the kiwi, jalapeno, mango, lemon juice, red onion, salt, and cilantro to a large mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Add more salt, if desired.
  2. Cover and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight, before serving.
  3. Enjoy with chips or other dipping foods.
