By accessing and using the RPerks program, you agree to the following:

  • 1. Welcome to RPerks, a personalized deals & discounts program designed to help you save more on the things you love at Ridley's. You can sign up using your email address and phone number. Once your account is created, you will have access to your Personal Ad which will contain a variety of Personal Deals, Digital Coupons & Sale Prices.
  • 2. Users must have access to a telephone number and email address. Users must only use their own telephone number and email address.
  • 3. Limited to one account per person.
  • 4. Ridley's reserves the right to remove accounts or to deny service for any reason.
  • 5. Ridley's does not warrant that the RPerks program will be continuously available.
  • 6. Items displayed in the RPerks platform are not guaranteed to be in stock at all times. In the event an item is unavailable, no rain check will be provided.
  • 7. Discounts, offers, and prices presented in the RPerks platform are based upon the location selected by the user and subject to change in the event a different store is selected.
  • 8. Discounts, offers, and prices in the RPerks platform are only valid until the expiration date displayed.
  • 9. Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are not applied until a transaction is completed. Ridley's makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of promotional offers, discounts, and coupons offered within the RPerks program.
  • 10. Ridley's reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. Orders may be refused or cancelled for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: limits on product availability, limits on the total purchase price, inaccurate or erroneous personal or credit information, failure to comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • 11. Ridley's additionally reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, or part of an order, due to incorrect information or typographical errors inadvertently being displayed within a product listing in the RPerks platform.
  • 12. As part of the registration process, users are able to opt-in to email and/or SMS alerts. These alerts will contain information about available savings opportunities or other relevant information about Ridley's products and services. To unsubscribe from email alerts, select the unsubscribe link within the email. To unsubscribe from text alerts, text STOP to any incoming message.
  • 13. List of Participating carriers: AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Nextel & Virgin Mobile.
  • 14. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • 15. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you and the message frequency may vary per user.
