Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 3 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 onion diced2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease 5 quart casserole dish. Pour your hash brown potatoes & generously season them with salt & pepper. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except for the cheddar chess. Pour the mixture over over the shredded potatoes & top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 50 minutes or until bubbly with golden brown,
