Ingredients

  • (6) hard boiled eggs
  • (3) tablespoons mayonnaise
  • (1) teaspoon white vinegar
  • (1) tablespoon sugar
  • (1) tablespoon honey mustardsalt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika to garnish

Directions

Allow hard boiled eggs to completely cool in fridge.

Cut the hard boiled eggs in half length-wise.

Carefully remove the cooked yolks from the eggs.

In a bowl mix cooked yolk, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, honey mustard, salt and pepper.

Using a pastry bag or spoon, fill each of the empty eggs with yolk mixture.

Sprinkle a dash of paprika on each. Refrigerate at least one hour before eating. Enjoy!
