Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce (or your fav brand)
- package of sweet Hawaiian rolls
Directions
Trim chicken thighs of excess fat. Place chicken thighs in crockpot. Sprinkle pepper on thighs. Pour entire bottle of BBQ sauce on chicken. Cook on high 3-4 hours of low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken. Eat on rolls as sliders.
