Ingredients
- 6 oz pkg boxed stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 cups zucchini, diced
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 onion, chopped & sautéed
Directions
In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix and melted butter. Set aside 1/2 cup mixture for topping. In a large bowl, add the zucchini, chicken, soup, onion & sour cream to the stuffing mix. Place the mix into a greased 9×13 glass pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle reserved 1/2 cup stuffing on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
