Ingredients

  • 1 # spicy breakfast sausage, browned & drained
  • 1 # Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 Jalapeno, seeded & diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Add everything to a 3 quart slow cooker. Stir. Cover & cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring ever 3o minutes. It is done when the cheese is melted & the dip is hot. Serve & enjoy
