Cheesy Parmesan Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli head, washed & chopped
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Pour water into a stock pot. Sprinkle salt into water. Place broccoli into a steamer basket, place into pot. Steam broccoli until tender but still green and crisp.
  2. Remove broccoli from pot and transfer to serving plates. Drizzle melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese over broccoli. Serve immediately.
