Parmesan-Garlic Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons popcorn kernels
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Pour popcorn into a brown paper bag. Fold top over 3 times.
  2. Stand the bag upright in to microwave, cook for 2-3 minutes. (Remove when popping slows)
  3. Pour olive oil into bag, close and lightly shake a few times.
  4. Add sea salt, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Close bag and shake vigorously.
  5. Pour popcorn into serving bowl and enjoy.
