Caramelized Brussels Sprouts [Festival]

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In bowl toss together all ingredients. Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until a dark golden brown. Enjoy right away! Drizzle some with the balsamic glaze for a delicious finish.
