Roasted Asparagus With Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. asparagus, tough ends snapped off
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and black pepper; toss to coat. Bake for 5 minutes, turn asparagus, then cook 5 minutes more.
