Simple Radish & Chive Salad

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely shredded red radishes (about 32)
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh chives
  • 3 teaspoons oriental sesame oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Can be made several hours ahead of time. Serve cold, or at room temperature.
