What can be more exciting than saving money with your Advantage Card while shopping at Ridley's? How about being able to turn your Advantage Rewards points into Southwest® Rapid Reward® points and saving money on travel with Southwest!
When you use your Advantage Card while shopping at Ridley's you could actually be accumulating Rapid Reward® points you can use towards your next vacation.
How Does it Work? We have recently revamped our program making it easier than ever for customers to earn Southwest.com Rapid Reward certificates through the Ridley's Travel Rewards Program. Customers can redeem the points they have on their advantage card to get Southwest.com Rapid Rewards Certificates. Customers can redeem their points for Southwest Rapid Reward Certificates by :
- Calling Ridley's Travel Rewards Program @ 208-324-4633 x10118
- Logging into their Advantage Card Account here.
- Go into Ridley's Family Market and request to redeem your points for Southwest Rapid Rewards Certificates at the customer service desk.
A customer can choose from the following Southwest Rapid Reward Certificates we have available:
- Certificate for 50 Rapid Rewards cost 100 Advantage Card Points
- Certificate for 100 Rapid rewards cost 200 Advantage Card Points
- Certificate for 1000 Rapid rewards cost 2000 Advantage card points
Order as many certificates as you need as long as you have the points to cover it! You will receive one Advantage Card Reward point for every dollar that you spend at Ridley's. This excludes all service items (lottery tickets, stamps, money orders, etc.). Advantage Card Reward points can then be redeemed for Southwest.com Rapid Rewards Certificates. If you are not already a member of Southwest.com Rapid Rewards, sign-up online at southwest.com.
Ready to redeem your Ridley's Travel Reward Miles? When you are ready to take your next vacation, simply request to to redeem your Advantage Card Points for Southwest Rapid Rewards Certificates. The certificates will be sent to your local store for pickup and can be used by anyone you choose as long as they have a Southwest Rapid Rewards Account!
*Please note that one Rapid Rewards point does not equal a free mile of travel on Southwest airlines. The value of each Rapid Rewards point and the number of Rapid Rewards points needed for free travel or upgrades is determined by Southwest Airlines. This program is designed for those customers who fly regularly with Southwest in order to help them achieve travel rewards faster and is not intended for those who do not fly with Southwest regularly or who are not already members of the Rapid Rewards program.

Home Town Advantage
The Home Town Advantage Program allows you to support local charitable organizations in our communities. After you have signed up for this program, a percentage of every purchase you make at Ridley's will be donated to the organization of your choice. Scholarship Promise
Ridley's Family Scholarship Promise Program isn't just for parents. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, or even just friends that know a child who will be going to college some day also use this program to help fund the future expense associated with a college education. You can sign up to support one child, or several children equally. Once you do, a percentage of every dollar that you spend at Ridley's will be put into a scholarship fund for the child to use when needed. R-Perks Rewards
If none of the above programs appeal to you, you are not out of luck. You can save your R-Perks Points and spend them on gifts for yourself or loved ones. We have even included some gift certificates in our catalog for those of you who have finicky tastes. The good news is that you do not have to sign up for this program, if you have shopped at Ridley's using your R-Perks phone number, you already have points in your account to spend.
