FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:I received a Medallion ad in my mail but when I got to the store the prices did not match on the shelf. Why is this and how do I receive the correct price? Because the prices in your Medallion ad are only available to Medallion Customers, we do not sign that price on the shelf. All you have to do is have the cashier scan your Medallion Advantage Card or enter your correct phone number when you go through the checkout and you will automatically receive the Medallion price. For example: If your Medallion price is .39 cents but the item in the store is marked .49, you will see on the check stand screen and your receipt a charge for .49 immediately followed by a Medallion discount for .10. How did I become a Medallion Customer? Any customer who spends an average of $50.00 or more a week becomes a Silver Medallion Customer Any customer who spends an average of $75.00 or more a week becomes a Gold Medallion Customer Any customer who spends an average of $125.00 or more a week becomes a Platinum Medallion Customer I did not receive my Medallion ad this week. We do not send out Medallion ads every week. The first week of every month we do not because Medallion levels change that week and also on some Holidays medallion ads are not sent out. When we do not send Medallion ads straight to your house you should be able to find our ads in your local paper or on our website. How long am I going to receive these Medallion benefits? Every customers Medallion level is updated every month. At that time your previous 12 weeks purchases are added up to see who qualifies for the Medallion level and those cards are updated. If I sign up for a new Advantage Card or get a new phone number, Will my new card get me the same Medallion discounts? Yes. As long as the new card has the same name and phone number, they will automatically be joined together and your Medallion benefits will be the same. After signing up for a new card it does take a while for our computers to be updated * All benefits and qualifications are subject to change |

The Home Town Advantage Program allows you to support local charitable organizations in our communities. After you have signed up for this program, a percentage of every purchase you make at Ridley's will be donated to the organization of your choice. Scholarship Promise
Ridley's Family Scholarship Promise Program isn't just for parents. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, or even just friends that know a child who will be going to college some day also use this program to help fund the future expense associated with a college education. You can sign up to support one child, or several children equally. Once you do, a percentage of every dollar that you spend at Ridley's will be put into a scholarship fund for the child to use when needed. R-Perks Rewards
If none of the above programs appeal to you, you are not out of luck. You can save your R-Perks Points and spend them on gifts for yourself or loved ones.
